Reservation Policy
50% of the total cost of the rental is required to reserve a unit. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, 50% of your deposit will be refundable only if given 30 days notice. If cancellation within 30 days of arrival, 100% will be held. No refunds for Holiday cancellations within 60 days of arrival. If cancellation occurs, we retain $100 administrative fee and 10% commission fee. There is no refund for early departure - no exceptions.
Damage Deposit
A damage deposit is required as part of the rental. The deposit will be refundable after a satisfactory inspection of the premises has been met following departure. A satisfactory inspection includes: returning the house to the same condition found upon arrival.
Checkout is 11:00 a.m. SHARP. Please adhere to the Checkout Time, as we do need time to prepare the unit for the next arrivals. Late departures will affect your damage deposit.
Other Information
- Arrivals are any time after 4 p.m.
- Children are welcome.
- No Smoking allowed in any of the units.
- While we love animals, we must be sensitive to our guests who are allergic to pets. Therefore, we have a No Pet policy.
- We are a small family run business and therefore do not take credit cards. We apologize for this inconvenience.
